The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is a department of the United States that focuses on our atmosphere and our oceans. The NOAA produces reports each month on damaging weather across the nation. Each report contains information on distruction to property, deaths, injuries and the paths these particular storms take. The "Outstanding storms of the month" section of each report shows the most compromising weather with images, drawings and even narratives. This is one of those reports.
