Marie changes her name to Mizuki, cuts her hair, and binds her breasts to become a host. Mizuki discovers the charming Genkaku actually hates women. Ultimately, the Guild Master, who is pulling the strings behind these chaotic events, machinates a confrontation between the Sir Genkaku Host Club and the Tel'Anor Arator, a group of Elves fighting for their freedom against the Mages that now control Tokyo City.
