As the Law, at present, stands, for we mull suppose, that the Courts of Justice proceed according to Law, the person who has the misfortune to be accused of a capital crime, has by no means a chance for equal Justice! When an Alteration of the Law is wished, it is to the Legislature those wishes must be addressed.
