THE WAY IT WAS... is divided into 10 sections, including the beginning of the gospel, the early and later ministries in Judea and Galilee, the Perean ministry, Jesus' last week on earth, and His death and resurrection. Included are a variety of useful indexes. The text includes numerous explanatory comments on little-known topics referred to in the biblical narrative. While it treats parallel and related passages, following the biblical order, it is much more than a "harmony." It is the story of Christ in its historical context.
