Help From the Spirits

The author started writing five years ago after taking a class called The Living Course. She said that is where "I found what was truly inside of me. I write from the heart and what I feel at the moment." She dedicates Help From the Spirits to her sister "who gave me all the encouragement. Without her, I would not have started writing." And she thanks her husband for "telling me to get this published."
