The Adventures of Rachel and the Goblin

For abusing a spell of invisibility given to her by a goblin she befriended in his ensorcelled state, seven-year old Rachel Llewald is summoned to Fairy Land, along with the goblin, to answer for her misdeeds. On her journey to Fairyland in a flying carriage, she and her goblin friend are captured by dragon belonging to a magician at war with Fairyland. Using their wits and a magical winged pony, they escape the conjurer and enter Fairyland only to discover that Rachel is the chief prize in the wicked wizard's war with Fairyland. In their attempts to help the Fairies defeat the evil sorcerer and avoid becoming his prisoners, Rachel and the goblin face many a daunting challenge
