Vision@Work: Concepts, Tools and Practices for Current and Future Leaders

Vision@Work is designed to help leaders develop their wisdom in thinking and communicating. It serves three main aims: a) to stimulate and nourish the development of current and future leaders in business, education and government, b) to provide an introduction to the proprietary concepts that underpin the interactive client work of Mitchell Leadership Consulting, and c) to give background reading and reference material for practical leadership development projects. The book is in three parts. The first outlines and illustrates core definitions and concepts. The second part explores the application of these definitions and concepts in thinking and communicating as a leader. The third shows how to gain competitive advantage by raising the quality, consistency and cohesiveness of leadership thought and action. Illustrative client cases include Microsoft, Life Sciences and STA Travel.
