This book is a tour de force about what just might be the most important development in medicine since the discovery of antibiotics. As Dr. White eloquently explains, transfer factors are molecules made by immune cells during the process of fighting infections. When taken from a human or other animal already exposed to a particular infectious agent and given to a human not yet exposed to it, transfer factors literally transfer immunity to the infectious agent.
