Torts: Cases, Problems, and Exercises (Loose-leaf version)

This three-hole punched, alternative loose-leaf version of the hardbound book is printed on 8 ½ x 11 inch paper with wider margins and the same pagination – offered at a substantially lower price than the hardbound book.

Designed as a "teacher's book," the third edition of Torts: Cases, Problems, and Exercises contains thought-provoking problems designed to stimulate interesting classroom discussion. The problems are designed to help students learn doctrine, to illuminate trends in the law, and to ultimately produce better learning. A secondary goal was to include a "skills" component, with problems that place students in situations that they are likely to encounter in practice to encourage students to think about how they might handle these situations.
