Preparing for the holidays and the wedding of her best friend Linda Tate, college instructor and new FBI agent Cathy Cleveland is unaware of the danger she and the residents of Wilmington, North Carolina, are facing. Unbeknownst to anyone, wealthy industrialist Franklin Morse has plans to take over Wrightsville Beach and will stop at nothing, including mass murder, to achieve his maniacal dream.
