The Courage of Violet Hue

Violet Hue is a fifth grader at Suregood elementary school. She is a bright, artistic, intelligent girl. She is also the target of a bullying classmate named Charlotte, who taunts her consistently.Violet must find her strength and come to understand her own personal power in standing up to Charlotte.
