Fi-Fa's, Levys and the Collection of Judgments in Georgia

It is the author's opinion that this is a reference volume that should be on the shelf of every Sheriff's office and financial institution in the state of Georgia. It is the culmination of a 32 year career in law enforcement. It takes a subject that is not commonly known to the general public and sets it down in a manner that a layperson could understand. It is as close to a step by step procedural for the collection of judgments as can reasonably be established. It takes complex legal procedures and explains what needs to be done to conform to the practices required by law.
