Description ▲
The Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs') are Vestiges of Slavery and thus a slur and disgrace to our national image and interest. It creates a two tier educational system which hurts the blacks. These segregated colleges are producing a bi modal society and therefore the society instead of "separate and equal" is in reality becoming "separate and unequal". The social cleavage produced over the years by the HBCUs' is resulting in a deep chasm and must be eliminated if we want to meet the growing challenges from other countries in this "flat world".
