Amy Foster and To-morrow

Joseph Conrad spent many years at sea, and most of his stories concern his experiences and adventures there. Amy Foster (1903) and Tomorrow (1902) are two of Conrad's sea stories. In Amy Foster, a Polish immigrant is shipwrecked on the coasts of England and is saved by the locals and meets an English girl. Tomorrow is about the destitute son of a captain who is away from home for years.
