Michael has to depart suddenly on a journey across the ocean to another world, as decided by his deceitful stepfather. While on his journey, Michael becomes caught up in a world of fantasy and illusion. He encounters numerous mythical guides, including: Themis-goddess of justice, Zeus, the three Fate Sisters, and many others. Michael's journey of transformation proves difficult at times. More than once his path of self-discovery nearly costs him his life. After surviving many challenges, Michael learns to manifest his own destiny by believing in himself, and accepting his own personal-power to create the reality he desires.

This novel is a re-release and an expanded version of Denise Moon's original story, published in 2001 under a different title. In Merlin's Message: The Journey Home, Denise Moon reveals more intriguing details about the characters, and events, given to her in dreams.
