Master of the Weather (The Adventures of Sam X)

Sam wins a handful of strange new cards in a trade with his friends. When he uses them during a game, the weather begins to change. Huge storms sweep through town, controlled by Sams cards. Then a monster blizzard begins, and it wont stop until Sam finds the right card.
