In a case of mistaken identity a drug dealer boards the boat in the hope of stopping the theft of his product - cocaine.Kevin's brother Keith is brutally shot but Kevin in a fit of rage taking no account of danger turns the tables and extracts blood money from the drug lord for that is what the gangster really is. To hide the fact he's been bribed to let the man go he and the boat's mechanic give an interview to a newspaper giving an account of the shooting and what he thought the relative worth of the gangster. The amount so huge, excites the greed of MI5, DEA and their agents who decide to try for the loot themselves cutting out their governments.
