Sunset Walk

Sandy and Ruth Child recently moved to Sunset Walk with the promise of "no more lawn to mow, pool to maintain, leaves to rake, or snow to shovel." They settle into the community parties, the restaurants, the canasta, and mahjong games with some exercise for good measure. Then one morning, Ruth and the other ladies in her walking group are eyewitnesses to a strange male runaway from one of the condos in their "secure" gated complex. The ladies soon find out Arlene Weinstein was murdered and her husband, Dr. Lenny Weinstein, was arrested and charged with her murder.

As Ruth becomes more and more involved in the murder investigation, her relationship with her friends undergoes some changes, as do the relationships with her husband and the accused doctor.
