In Follow Your Heart, pediatrician Dr. Steven Edwards finds himself placed in an awkward situation. His best friend Tommy has asked him to check on his little sister Chelsea while she is in Boston. After a heated discussion with Chelsea's boyfriend, Steven is so distracted he is hit by a car and rushed to the hospital with a broken arm. In the emergency room, Steven meets the beautiful Diana Goyeau. They begin to spend time together and quickly fall in love. Diana's life is complicated.
