Iterated Remainders SB

The author first provides the necessary preliminaries in general topology and introduces the reader to the Stone-Cech Compactification, remainders, remainder sequences, and residues. Formulae are derived for the length of a remainder sequence, and an extension of the theory to ordinal indexed classes is outlined.
