This is a revised and expanded edition of the volume published in 2010, now listing over 29,000 of the estimated 32,000 Jews living in the British Isles (England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) in 1851. It gives summary details, wherever known, of when and where they were born, their parents, spouses, their residence in 1851 and occupation. It facilitates searches on a much fuller database which is freely available online.
