This book contains Wilhelm Stekel’s psychoanalytical treatise on homosexuality, written in 1933. Wilhelm Stekel (1868 - 1940) was an Austrian psychologist and physician. He was an early follower of the seminal Sigmund Freud, being once described as "Freud's most distinguished pupil”, and commonly hailed as one of the founding progenitors of modern psychoanalytical methodology. Other books written by Stekel include: The interpretation of dreams (1943) and Compulsion and Doubt (1950). This book is republished now with a new introductory biography of the author.
