The Faux Bishop's Gems

"The Faux Bishop's Gems" combines selected writings, speeches, and homilies of Msgr. J. Gaston Hebert, P.A., who has served the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Little Rock for fifty years, as teacher, pastor, Vicar General, and Diocesan Administrator. The written entries are complemented with pictures that capture their meaning and emotion. The photography focuses upon Hot Springs, Arkansas, but extends to much of Western Europe. The reader can expect short, provocative essays accompanied with photography to drive their message home, sixteen homilies given during his last year as pastor, and speeches given on occassions of particular importance to the Church.
