Ethiopian Experience: On the Banks of the Blue Nile

This is a realistic, romantic novel. The locale of the novel is Ethiopia and Kerala in India. The hero of the novel is a youngster from Kerala, who was recruited as a teacher in Ethiopia for a period of three years. After finishing his contract he returns to Kerala and joins his former school where he was teaching. He was ambitious and enlisted his name in the University of Kerala for his doctorate in English literature. He falls in love with a woman at the school, even though their religions are different. Shortly after being married problems arise.
