Learning About Feelings

Learning About Feelings is a children's book aimed at teaching young children what selected "comfortable" and "uncomfortable" feelings mean and look like. This book will enhance a child's feelings vocabulary and enable them to begin to develop empathy towards other's feelings. Learning About Feelings also gives children several strategies to use when having uncomfortable feelings.
