So avoid them, and flee if you hear the cries of your neighbors around you, because it could be the Night Ones hunting for their master's next meal, or their appetite just might have a strong desire to rip the flesh right off your bones. So hope and pray they take you to their master and you become one of Frederick's wolves, like Alice. She had to compete for him, and he found out she was different from the rest, and fell in love with her. She became their queen.
