William F. Buckley Jr. once said "I'd rather entrust the government of the United States to the first 400 people listed in the Boston telephone directory than to the faculty of Harvard University." Considering the shenanigans conducted by our career politicians it would be hard to fault Buckley's thoughts. This book expands on Buckley's idea of running our government with common American citizens.
