Lewis and Clark at the Great Falls of the Missouri

The Lewis and Clark Expedition spent two months in the Great Falls area portaging and re-portaging the falls; longer than any other location on the trail except for their two winter camps. They left a rich legacy that is preserved today in art, music, writing and re-enactments. This is a introduction to the Expedition's story and current day local work to keep their legacy alive.
