SoccerPlus has developed a unique approach to assessing the performance of youth soccer programs - the Youth Soccer Assessment Tool (Y-SAT). Data collected from club documents, interviews with club officials and the Y-SAT survey, enables David Newbery (Director of Player and Coach Development) to develop creative recommendations for improving the programs performance on and off the field.
