THE OFFICIAL NAZI TRANSLATION Mein Kampf, English: My Struggle, (also known as Mein Kampf, My Battle) is a book by Adolf Hitler. It combines elements of autobiography with an exposition of Hitler's political ideology. Volume 1 of Mein Kampf was published in 1925 and Volume 2 in 1926. The book was edited by Jesuit priest Bernard Staempfle who later perished during the Night of the Long Knives. This is the only English translation that was approved by the Third Reich.
