Information and Communication Technology for Caribbean Primary Schools: Computer Basics for Children Book 2

Students will review the hardware outside the computer and will be introduced to the internal parts of the system unit. They will learn more about the keyboard such as the shortcut keys and they will continue to practice keyboarding to enhance their usage of the computer. Students will be introduced to networks and the Internet and will learn to use WordPad for simple word-processing, MS Paint for graphic design, Microsoft Word 2007 to prepare tables, Microsoft Access to create simple databases, and Microsoft Student Encarta and the Internet for research.
