Serving in Church administration can be stressful and isolating. It is a position where you serve a multitude of people... the Pastor and the congregation. Preachers, teachers and programming staff know where they can go to perfect their gifts (i.e., seminaries, Bible colleges, etc.). Back office staff, however, are often overlooked and are assumed to 'know' how to operate and how to handle the day-to-day pressures.
