This is a self help story of how one woman learned to take care of herself by slowing down her life. Not knowing what to do the answer came as a television program. What it did was launch her into a process that took her to do and be who she needed to be. Each chapter has three sections: what she did, activities, and resources. There are appendeces in the back referring to the things she actually did to slow down her life.
