Some are never more than acquaintances, some are good friends, but there are a few that so endear themselves to us that they exceed all expectations. These are the ones that are unique and exceptional, and with whom we form a bond that last a lifetime. It is with these few that intimate information is shared and we rejoice in their success and empathize in their grief. Some of the poems I have composed of unrequited love, loneliness and despaired, reflect periods of their lives of which they have confided to me.
