Scribble Place Creative Collection #2

In this age of instant messages, video games, and virtually unlimited television channels, children find it difficult to sit quietly to do creative writing. But when they do, they surprise themselves and others with their ideas and creativity. What may seem like scribbles and doodles often indicate hidden ideas and latent talents. Here is a collection of poems and stories written by students for a contest conducted by AIM Academics Tutoring/Test Preparation Centers. Some of these entries have been chosen to receive prizes; however, everyone who participated in this contest is a winner as they have taken the first and the most difficult step of putting their thoughts on paper.
