Curve Ball

Why I wrote Curve Ball. I wrote Curve Ball because I want to get out a message. That message is abuse is not okay and tell someone. When I was in my abusive relationship I felt very alone, like I had no one to talk to or confide in. That’s a very lonely and isolated place. I felt like a victim in my own home. Although my abuse only lasted for four months, it felt like a lifetime. I really believe that God allowed me to go through this tough experience to help others. This book was very difficult and painful for me to write, but I was determined to tell my story. My story is only one of thousands. Perhaps your story is worse than mines. Nevertheless, you can get out and you can overcome. No one has to be a victim, but you can be VICTORIOUS. Sometimes as women we stay in relationships out of fear and low self esteem. When we began to really love ourselves and to understand that its wrong and it’s not okay for anyone to verbally, emotionally, physically, or sexually abuse us than we become in control. Then we take our power back, then we begin to love ourselves. God Bless
