Major Saad Rafik is an Iraqi nationalist and Saddam Hussein's right hand man. Despite serious threats to his life, he defects and with the help of Scott Trees from the CIA he escapes war-torn Iraq, sacrificing his own beliefs as a Muslim to live as an Arab Jew in Israel. But was the promise he made to Saddam Hussein a genuine one or all part of his scheme to help the Americans invade Iraq?
