On The Trail Of Madness: A Space Adventure

Space explorer, Lance Romar, doesn't intend to become a larger than life hero. Nor does he expect to be branded a spy, a kidnapper or a thief. He only wants to find his brother. Hot on the trail, Lance blunders into the middle of an interstellar war. Though he saves the life of the Governor's son, his hero status is short-lived when the planetary leader discovers his missing brother is mass-producing advanced warships for the other side. But who needs hero status when your telepathic sidekick can pass as a pet, your robot is almost human, and your spaceship is faster than anyone else's? Lance is forced to leave all three behind when plans go awry during his chaotic escape from the Governor. Now a fugitive from both sides, he pushes on alone, determined to stop his brother and destroy the newly-created fleet. However, a shocking setback may end his mission--unless he can get help from a band of pirates led by a beautiful and willful woman.
