Astanax, a blacksmith's son, was born into a time of unknown treachery. An unspoken war continues to ravage on. A left handed peasant, he overcomes his status in the hierarchy of feudalism and becomes a knight under Sir Hawkens. It is then that the world of adventure is opened to him. With the king dead, Astanax must reestablish the rightful heir to the throne before the killer strikes again.
