Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) administrators are faced on a daily basis with assuring that their organizations comply with a wide-range of rules and regulations. The regulations promulgated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) are of primary importance because they affect their eligibility for certification as a CHHA and participation in the Medicare program.
