October 2012 After discovering the body of a Congressional researcher just weeks before the national elections, D.C. Detective Nick Bosco is thrust into a looking-glass world where the power of the state is turned against those it is supposed to protect. In a race against time, Bosco must risk everything to expose a conspiracy that aims to use American anti-terror systems to power China’s anti-democratic surveillance grid.
