This life is short, the vanities of the world are transient,but they alone live who live for others, the rest are more dead than alive. Management by human values is not an easy method of management. Leaders, who are transparent, selfless workers, and ready to serve the humanity, can lead the companies or nations with human values. It is not very easy to adopt it. United Nations should incorporate human duties along with human rights.
