Reparations and the Slavecode Reconciliation

A letter sent to President George W. Bush: The author is praying for millions of the descendants of African American slaves that a National and International Reparations Law of Atonement be enacted. Congress promised African Americans 40 acres and a mule. This debt has not been paid to the descendants of African American slaves. Bonus: 40 Reasons reconciliation of the races is impossible in 2012!
