Staff-Master & Duster: A Story of Darkness

Des Moines, Iowa – Recession budgeting and violent tragedy have seen the official police department cut to a bare minimum. Without enough police to keep the city safe, the scene is set for the rise of the superhero. Kevin Midnight, better known as the Immortal Staff-Master is one of the most prominent of these self styled heroes. A fairly innocent and niave man, Staff-Master is the classical good guy. He fights badguys and saves lives. In this new story, Staff-Master finds himself facing no mere villain, but a threat he might not be able to handle. A proper monster that kills indescrimantly and frequently. Sam White, aka Duster is a man with experience at fighting monsters. He is a gun toting vigilante, and in his opinion there is only one way to deal with a monster: kill it. Together, these two superheroes strive to save the city, but both will be tested and driven to their breaking point before the end.
