Grounded

Let's face it, the Old Testament is just plain confusing. Most youth groups just don't know how to make sense of it, how it all fits together. Grounded contains 29 session plans, ideal for use with 12-16 year olds, introducing them week by week to a new theme or character from the Old Testament. Each session lasts approximately an hour and is filled with a mixture of teaching, activities, games and discussion. Using Grounded with your young people will give them a good foundation for understanding the story of the Old Testament, start to finish. But much more than that: through meeting the characters in the Old Testament they will be challenged week by week in their own relationship with God, growing as Christians in the process.
