A Fighting Man of Mars

A Fighting Man of Mars follows the adventures of a Padwar of Helium as we once again return to Barsoom for the seventh of Edgar Rice Burroughs Mars novels. Tan Hadron is sadly in love with a woman far above him in station; however, she gets kidnapped. Tan Hadron is in hot pursuit to rescue her. The kidnappers have a disintegrator ray like nothing seen on Barsoom, and so the mystery deepens. Tan's decision builds up a story of bravery, loyalty and defense as he fights peculiar but ruthless beasts, apes, huge spiders and the cannibals of the U-Gor. As you read through you will discover the unusual traits of Boroughs' characters as being collaborative. Will they succeed?
