Mansville, Louisiana was the kind of town where nobody got in much of a hurry. Usually, the most exciting thing to do on a Saturday night was to ride over to the Food Giant on Main Street and watch the stock crew unload the grocery truck…….that is until a storm blew into town. The storm was a top secret government program known only to a handful of people at the highest levels of government and justice in Washington, D.C. It was known as the ‘Silent Storm.’ This is the story of three very different Mansville families. Although separated by race, culture and religion, the violent killing of one of their own, in the quiet little town, sets their lives on an ever quickening collision course with consequences that none of them could have foreseen.
