Sept Gnossiennes (Seven Gnossiennes) - for Piano

(Piano). Inspired by a visit to the pavilion of exotic music at the 1889 Universal Exhibition, these seven piano pieces are simple, pretty ruminations. The seventh gnossienne is little-known, and published here with the other six for the first time.
