The South End is a neighbor of Boston that starts where South Bay ends to where the Back Bay begins and for the author it set the stage for her marriages and their challenges. The South End is where she met her best friends and rescued her child from Social Services while she recovered from Drug Addiction during an incarceration all the while trying to maintain her corporate job and career and new marriage.
