The Saint and Patricia are invited to stay with friends in Miami, but when they arrive, the friends are nowhere to be seen. After a tanker explodes off the coast and a dead sailor gets washed up on shore, the Saint suspects a link between all three, plus millionaire yachtsman Randolph March, who s staying nearby.
